ORDERS & SHIPMENTS

• All orders are subject to acceptance by ATH Import Co./ American Trading House Inc./ Trimmer™ Products
• Customer will specify Ship To addresses when place orders.
• All orders are shipped F.O.B. New Jersey by Federal Express Ground or UPS Ground On high volume orders customer may request shipped by carrier of your choice.
• Customer may cancel orders prior to shipment at no charge.
• All merchandise is shipped in case lot quantities only. All shipping & COD charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PAYMENT TERMS

• ATH will accept a cashiers check or money order on all COD orders. ATH Import Co./ American Trading House Inc./ Trimmer™ Products will accept credit card and business checks for prepay orders, but allow 10 days for check clearing.
• Payment terms are subject to ATH Import credit approval. Payment is due 30 days from ATH’s invoice date. ATH may change credit or payment terms at any time when, In ATH’s opinion, Customer’s financial condition, previous payment record, or the nature of the Customer’s relationship with ATH Import so warrants.
• Customer agrees to pay interest charge of 1.5% per month on all past-due invoices.

RETURN POLICY

• Please report any shortages or manufacture defective to your sales associate within 14 days of receipt of goods.
• Defective returns can be returned to ATH Import within 30 days from the invoice date, at ATH’s discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
• Please call 973-565-9800 or e-mail our Returns Department at returns@athimport.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. No return of any type will be accepted without RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: business name, invoice number, item number and nature of the problem.
• Credit Card o Credit card charges are not submitted until time of shipment.

Note: While it is always our goal to provide you with a consistent high quality service, we occasionally will alter the product’s color, assortment, packing and/or art work in order to provide a fresher look.
